The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Pikes Peak Post will be hosting an engineering merit badge day of Boy Scouts on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the US Air Force Academy.

Counseling and activities will be available to fulfill the badge requirements. This event has been a tremendous success over the years so register quickly before the limited space is sold out.

All Scouts BSA are invited to attend. Registered Scouts will be emailed the prerequisite assignment workbook to be completed prior to arrival. Bring assignment workbook. 

Cost of the event is $15 per Scout.

Items of importance:

Bring a Blue Card that has the Scout information filled in, you will have a counselor assigned at the event.
Bring a full water bottle
Bring day bag for water bottle, spare jacket, poncho etc.
Wear closed toe comfortable walking shoes and long pants
All participants need to be able to walk with minimal assistance.
Some sessions are outdoors and Scouts will have to walk around campus outdoors. Dress Appropriately.
Lunch and snacks will be provided for registered Scouts. Dietary and allergy restrictions cannot be accommodated.
The event will be held in a restricted access military installation
There will be NO late arrivals and NO early pick-ups
Parents are welcome to attend for free, however, no lunch will be provided for parents
The clinic will be held in an Air Force Academy secure area therefore, there will be NO late arrivals or early pick-ups
Parents that come along however, no lunch will be provided for parents, please bring a sack lunch. Parents also will not be able to arrive late or leave early.
