Dues can be easily paid online with pay pal, credit card or a check .
New for 2010 - Forget to pick up your card last year? Add $1.00 per member registered and your card will be mailed to you.

Please remember you are no longer a current member of the Lodge if your dues aren't paid by January 1st. You are not eligible to wear the Lodge flap, hanging arrow, or the OA sash.
Newly elected Ordeal Candidates: your dues are included in the fee you pay when you do your Ordeal. They expire at the end of the year. DO NOT USE THIS FORM THE YEAR YOU ARE ELECTED OR RECOMMENDED.
For manual collection of 2010 dues at an event print off and mail in this form with your check.
