Merit Badge College PatchValley District Merit Badge College 2012

The Annual Valley District Merit Badge College will be held at Front Range Community College. Online registration begins mid-October and continues until November 7th. Classes are 'First Come, First Served', so the earlier you register, the more likely you'll be able to sign up for the Merit Badge classes you want. (Walk-ins are discouraged, as most of the classes are full by the date of the event).

Over 60 different merit badges will be offered. Attending the class does NOT guarantee you'll earn the Merit Badge, as many of the merit badges have requirements that can NOT be completed at merit badge college. The merit badge counselors generally make themselves available to work with the scouts after college. The scout can always finish the merit badge with a troop merit badge counselor. Check the Merit Badge College Prerequisites web page for more details.

  • You may register for a maximum of THREE Eagle Required merit badges.

NOTE: When adding names, please add the participant's name, not the parent's name.

Lunch includes a large slice (or two) of pizza and a canned drink. Additional slices may be purchased if there are extra slices after everyone's been served.

Volunteers are needed to make this event a success. If you are attending MB College, please volunteer to be a merit badge counselor, assist a merit badge counselor, or help out at any of the other positions. Visit Volunteer Web Page to see what positions need to be filled. Thanks in Advance.

You have until midnight Wednesday, November 7th to sign up!! Any changes after that will be done at Merit Badge College Registration Desk.

Cancellation Policy: Please contact zminjares@denverboyscouts.org if you have to cancel, so we can offer the classes you signed up for to another scout. Due to credit card fees and DoubleKnot (registration system) fees, we can not refund any payments. Thank you.
