ANNOUNCEMENT OF CANCELLATION
Action: please share this with everyone you can think of
Brothers... the current conditions at Camp Tahosa coupled with the current and forecasted weather for this weekend have led the Lodge Key 3 (Lodge Chief Nick Warren, Council Staff Adviser Joey Quick, and me) to decide to cancel this weekend's Cony Party. This is disappointing, but also the prudent decision.
Please alert everyone you can think of (OA members, troop leaders, candidates, etc.). Nick Warren and his team will be calling the candidates today, leaving all of them at least a message. Please over-communicate this cancellation — we are first and foremost committed to being safe.
Our team of officers and advisers will regroup and make plans for a make-up Cony Party, likely in the summertime. More details to follow.

Registration will begin at 5:00 pm Friday night.
Checkin is at the Dining Hall
Newly elected Ordeal members must arrive before 7:00 pm
No Dinner is served Friday evening
Checkout will be at 10:00 am Sunday at the Dining Hall.
The Tahosa Lodge Trading Post will have OA items for sale Saturday evening.

All participants must have a Annual Health Form on file. Please fill the form out and bring it with you to camp. Only part A and C are required for a weekend campout.
Ordeal Candidate is for newly elected members: includes 2 nights camping fee, meals (Saturday Breakfast through Sunday Breakfast), OA Sash, OA Handbook, and 2011 calendar year dues.
Your Lodge Pocket Flap will be presented to you at your first Chapter Meeting.
