Please note, registration for the Merit Badge College is now closed. You can attend as a walk-in, however, space will be limited. It is first come, first served, and class availability cannot be guaranteed. Please bring cash or check.

2017 Valley District Merit Badge College

The Annual Valley District Merit Badge College will be held at Front Range Community College. Online registration begins October 18th and continues until November 8th. Classes are on a "First Come, First Served" basis so the earlier you register, the more likely you'll be able to sign up for the merit badge classes you want. However, day of event registrations will be accepted if there is space available. Valley's Merit Badge College is open to all districts.

Remember a Scout is prepared. Your Scout will complete the merit badge requirements discussed in class as long as the prerequisites are completed. Only a few merit badges can be completed at merit badge college. They are marked on the Prerequisite page.

Please keep in mind that each Scout may only complete 3 Eagle Required classes per merit badge college. Please only sign up for 3 Eagle Required classes.

Class Periods and Lunch

Period 1: 8:00 Am to 9:30 AM

Periods 1 & 2: 8:00 AM to 11:10 AM

Period 2: 9:40 AM to 11:10 AM

Periods 2 & 3: 9:40 AM to 12:50 PM (Lunch will be held After this period)

Period 3: 11:20 AM to 12:50 PM (Lunch will be held After this period)

Period 3A: 11:40 AM to 1:10 PM (Lunch will be held Before this period)

Periods 3A & 4: 11:40 AM to 2:50 PM (Lunch will be held Before this period)

Period 4: 1:20 PM to 2:50 PM

Periods 4 & 5: 1:20 PM to 4:30 PM

Period: 5: 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM
