The Denver Area Council Health and Safety Committee offers many training opportunities in the area of health and safety including, but not limited to, opens in a new windowHealth and Safety Training, CPR, First Aid, opens in a new windowWilderness First Aid, opens in a new windowSafe Swim Defense, opens in a new windowSafety Afloat, opens in a new windowClimb on Safely, and opens in a new windowTrek Safely. Many of these trainings can be found on the Scouting Online Learning Center Site.

CPR, First-Aid, and wilderness first aid training are available from organizations not affiliated with the DAC, and teach first aid to both youth and adults. Before beginning any training required by the DAC, please ensure you are taking the appropriate course to participate in outdoor activities or for advancement.
